At our first symposium on March 20, 21 and 22, we welcomed a large number of world-renowned experts. This opportunity enabled us to ask them questions on key topics in oncology and immunology. Many thanks to Dr. Robert A. Weinberg, Dr. Céline Vallot, Dr. Ilaria Elia, Dr. Jacky Goetz, Dr. Rachel Golub, Dr. Felipe Prosper, Dr. Samantha Terry and Dr. Olivier Delattre for their enlightening answers.

Le CRCI²NA s’affiche rouge pour la journée des droits des femmes
Dans le cadre de l'Opération Coquelicot, la cellule Égalité-Parité représentée par Sophie Barillé-Nion, Julie Gavard, Eloïse Grasset, Laurent Maillet et David Chiron se mobilise pour rendre visibles celles qui contribuent à l'existence de notre centre !
La recherche française compte 38 % de femmes et nous sommes fiers d'avoir 47 % de femmes chercheuses au CRCI2NA
En l’honneur de cette journée, les membres du CRCI2NA étaient tous en rouge « coquelicot » symbole de la journée des femmes en science.
Un temps d'échange riche et animé sur les ressentis, attentes et propositions sur ces notions a été organisé aujourd’hui.
Cette action s’intègre dans à nos engagements de l'égalité des genres, de la diversité et de l'inclusion.

As part of Opération Coquelicot, the Equality-Parity Unit, represented by Sophie Barillé-Nion, Julie Gavard, Eloïse Grasset, Laurent Maillet and David Chiron is mobilizing to make visible the women who contribute to the existence of our center!
38% of French researchers are women, and we are proud to have 47% women researchers at CRCI2NA.
In honor of this day, the members of CRCI2NA were all dressed in red "poppies", symbolizing the day of women's rights in science.
A rich and lively exchange of feelings, expectations and propositionson these notions was organized today.
This action is integrayed in our commitment to gender equality, diversity and inclusion.

David Chiron est chargé de recherche CNRS de l'équipe reMoVE-B. Après un doctorat à l'Université de Nantes en 2010 puis un post-doctorat à l’Université Cornell de New York, David Chiron rejoint le CRCI2NA et intègre le CNRS en 2016. Il coanime à présent l’équipe reMoVE-B du CRCI2NA et développe une recherche fondamentale visant à identifier les vulnérabilités tumorales (talons d’Achille) au sein de l’écosystème d’hémopathies agressives et souvent incurables. Ses recherches actuelles portent sur la régulation moléculaire de la résistance, à l'aide de technologies à haut débit (génome, transcriptome) associées à des techniques innovantes de biologie cellulaire permettant la validation fonctionnelle de ses découvertes.

Glioblastoma stem-like cells play a crucial role as a reservoir contributing to the formation, expansion, and resistance of these tumors. In an article published in the journal Cell Reports, the Soap team reveals that the viability of patient tumor-derived cells depends on the availability of intracellular cholesterol.
